Wheat sourdough
Oat flakes
Barley flour
Spelt flour
Iodised salt

Oat is mostly known by its use in beer breweries and as power feed for horses. Did you know that oat is rich in betaglucaan? What is betaglucaan? This is a soluble fibre that makes you feel saturated very quickly – and that’s what you want, isn’t it? Our oat multigrain bread is one of our purist loaves. This means it has only a few ingredients; besides, the structure is compact and the taste is slightly acid.
