The small and compact spelt wholemeal bread is made of the complete grain of the ‘primal’ spelt grain. The spelt wholemeal bread is one of our purist loaves. This means that the bread has very few ingredients: four in this case. It is one of our favourites, with its solid structure and a bit of acidity.
