Purist bread

white bread

A crispy white bread with just five ingredients.

The following are the ingredients of our white bread:

Wheat flour
Wheat sourdough
Rye flour
Iodised salt

White bread is consumed since antiquity: the ancient Greeks as well as British aristocracy – everyone who could afford would eat white bread. However, in ancient times the colour of the flour was rather greyish than white, because the sifting was not done as thoroughly as nowadays.
Our white bread is a purist bread, which means that it is very pure when it comes to ingredients: only five. It has a solid structure and a lightly acid taste. White bread in its purest form – you will enjoy it!
